Zhejiang Hengtong Valve Co., Ltd. is a company group specialized in manufacturing and sales of valve components especially balls. HT is manufacturing factory found in year 2005, located in the Hometown of Pumps and Valves - Oubei, Yongjia. The factory covers an area of 6000 square meters, staffed with some 100 people including 20 technicians and senior engineers, equipped with nearly 100 units of advanced machining facilities including spherical lathes, CNCs, work centers, drilling, boring, spherical milling machines, 64” milling and grinding center, and corresponding material test facilities and CMM, NDT equipment, and so on.

Our major products are various balls including trunnion ball,floating ball, 3-way ball, stem-ball, V type ball, L type ball, hard faced ball and seat, large sized ball, as well as bodies and closures etc.. Sizes range from 1/2 "-64", and pressure rating covers from Class 150 to Class 2500. Regular materials are A105、LF2、LF6、42CrMo、F6a、2Cr13、F304、F316、F317、F347、F304L、F316L、F321、F51、F53、F55、lnconel718、lncoloy825、lnconel625. We can also supply customer's tailor-made material and products. We offer surface treatments including ENP, Chrome Plating, WC (Tungsten Carbide Layer), Stellite deposition, Inconel overlay to provide high hardness, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant performances.

We have full sizes of CNC grinding machines to ensure roundness and coaxiality within 0.02mm for balls upto 32", and have a large trunnion end grinding machine and a large spherical grinding machine to ensure roundness and coaxiality within 0.03mm for balls 32"-48" and 0.04 for balls above 48" upto 64", all surface roughness is controlled within Ra 0.4
